State Security Service (SSS) Chief, Colonel-General Ali Naghiyev, and Foreign Intelligence Service Chief, Colonel-General Orkhan Sultanov, visited Victory Park in Baku on Sept. 27, Remembrance Day.
The service told “Operative Information Center-OMM”.
The service chiefs laid bouquets before the monument at the entrance to the memorial complex and paid deep tribute to the cherished memory of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Remembrance Day is observed annually in Azerbaijan on Sept. 27 to honor those who died during the 2020 war and commemorate their contribution to the restoration of the country’s territorial integrity.
