Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived at the venue of the 8th European Political Community (EPC) Summit being held in Yerevan.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Ukrainian President arrived at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex to participate in the high-level gathering. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is personally welcoming the summit participants at the venue.
The visit marks a significant diplomatic engagement for the Ukrainian leader within the South Caucasus region. President Zelenskyy is expected to participate in various plenary sessions and bilateral meetings during the 8th Summit of the European Political Community to discuss regional security and international cooperation.
The European Political Community was established in 2022 as a platform for political and strategic discussions regarding the future of Europe, involving both EU member states and neighboring partner countries. These summits serve as a vital forum for addressing shared challenges such as energy security, economic stability, and the maintenance of international law. Azerbaijan has consistently engaged with the EPC framework, emphasizing its commitment to regional peace and its role as a key contributor to Europe's energy diversification.
