The 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), hosted in Baku, will conclude today with an official closing ceremony.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the ceremony is scheduled to take place at 15:00. In connection with the final proceedings, the transportation of participants from Transport Exchange Centers to the WUF13 venue will be ensured until 13:00.
The World Urban Forum, established by the United Nations, is the premier global conference on sustainable urbanization. The 13th session in Azerbaijan has brought together government officials, urban planners, and civil society leaders to address the challenges of rapid urban growth and to share innovative solutions for creating resilient, inclusive cities. This year's forum highlights Azerbaijan's growing role as a regional hub for international diplomatic and developmental dialogue.
