Weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to be variably cloudy on Oct. 1, with occasional overcast skies. Brief light rain is possible in some suburban areas in the evening.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the National Hydrometeorology Service issued the forecast.
However, the weather is expected to remain mostly dry. Northwesterly winds will be replaced by southeasterly winds during the day.
Temperatures will be 16-19°C at night and 23-26°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 763 mm of mercury, while relative humidity will be 60-65% at night and 50-55% during the day.
Rain is expected in some areas of Azerbaijan starting in the morning, initially in the northern and western regions. The rain may be intense and showery in some places, accompanied by thunderstorms and possible hail. Fog is expected in some areas at night and in the morning. Moderate easterly winds will blow.
Temperatures will be 15-18°C at night and 24-28°C during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will be 7-12°C at night and 16-21°C during the day.
