On September 3, temperatures in Azerbaijan are expected to reach 32°C, according to the latest forecast from the National Hydrometeorology Service.
As reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, the weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will be variably cloudy and predominantly rainless, accompanied by a north-easterly wind.
In the capital, temperatures are forecast to range between 19-21°C at night and 26-30°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure is expected to be 762 mm Hg, with relative humidity levels fluctuating between 70-75% at night and 45-50% during the day.
Across the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to remain largely dry. However, there is a possibility of short-term rain and lightning in some mountainous areas during the night and morning hours. Fog is also expected in certain highland regions, with an easterly wind prevailing.
Temperatures in the regions will range from 18-22°C at night to 27-32°C during the day, while mountainous areas will see cooler conditions, with 10-15°C at night and 18-22°C during the day.
The National Hydrometeorology Service, which operates under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, is responsible for monitoring meteorological and hydrological conditions across the country. The service provides critical data to ensure public safety and support agricultural planning, particularly during periods of fluctuating temperatures and seasonal weather transitions.
