According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the National Hydrometeorological Service, the weather in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be mainly rainless. A strong north-westerly wind will blow throughout the day.
The air temperature will be 24-27°C at night and 28-31°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure is expected to rise from 753 mm to 758 mm of mercury. Relative humidity will be 60-70 percent.
On the Absheron beaches, a strong north-westerly wind will persist throughout the day. Water temperatures at northern beaches (Sumgait, Novkhani, Pirshaghi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba) will be 26-27°C, while southern beaches (Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, Shikh) will see temperatures of 27-28°C.
Across the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mainly rainless, with occasional fog in some mountainous areas. A westerly wind will occasionally strengthen in some places.
Temperatures in the regions will range from 22-27°C at night and 34-39°C during the day, reaching up to 40°C in some areas. In mountainous regions, temperatures will be 15-20°C at night and 25-30°C during the day.
In Nakhchivan, including Julfa, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz, and Sharur, the weather will be rainless. Temperatures are expected to be 20-25°C at night and 34-39°C during the day.
In Khankendi, Shusha, Khojaly, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Aghdam, as well as Dashkasan-Gadabay and Goygol, the weather will be mainly rainless. However, there is a possibility of short-term rain, lightning, and hail in some mountainous areas during the day. Temperatures will range from 15-20°C at night to 24-29°C, and up to 32-36°C in some areas during the day.
In Eastern Zangezur, including Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Qubadli, Lachin, and Zangilan, the weather will be mainly rainless, with a chance of short-term rain and hail in mountainous areas during the day. Temperatures will be 15-20°C at night and 23-28°C, reaching up to 32-36°C in some locations during the day.
In Gazakh, Ganja, Samukh, Goranboy, Tartar, Shamkir, Tovuz, and Naftalan, the weather will be mainly rainless, with a chance of short-term rain in mountainous areas. Temperatures will be 21-26°C at night and 33-38°C during the day.
In the northern regions, including Balakan, Zagatala, Qakh, Shaki, Oghuz, Gabala, Ismayilli, Aghsu, Shamakhi, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Quba, Khachmaz, and Gusar, the weather will be mainly rainless, with a chance of short-term rain in some eastern districts. Temperatures will be 19-24°C at night and 33-38°C during the day.
In central and southern regions, including Yevlakh, Aghdash, Kurdamir, Imishli, Aghjabadi, Barda, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Mingachevir, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Goychay, Ucar, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Zardab, Salyan, and Neftchala, the weather will be rainless, with temperatures reaching up to 40°C in some areas.
In Masalli, Yardimli, Lerik, Lankaran, Astara, Bilasuvar, and Jalilabad, the weather will be rainless. Temperatures will be 23-26°C at night and 33-38°C during the day.
