On July 20, the weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be variably cloudy and predominantly rainless. However, there is a possibility of brief, short-term precipitation in some areas during the night and morning hours. A moderate north-west wind will occasionally intensify.

The National Hydrometeorological Service informed the Operative Information Center-OMM that temperatures in the capital will range from 22-24°C at night to 27-30°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure is expected to be 760 mm of mercury, with relative humidity at 70-75% at night and 55-60% during the day.

Across most regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to remain largely dry, though intermittent rain is forecast for some mountainous and foothill areas. There is a possibility of short-term, intense precipitation, lightning, and hail in isolated locations. Fog is expected in some mountainous areas, accompanied by a moderate westerly wind.

Temperatures in the lowlands will range from 22-26°C at night to 33-38°C during the day, while mountainous regions will see temperatures between 13-18°C at night and 23-28°C during the day.

The National Hydrometeorological Service, which operates under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, provides regular updates to ensure public safety and inform agricultural planning. These forecasts are critical for residents and visitors, particularly during the summer season when weather patterns in the Absheron Peninsula and the mountainous regions can shift rapidly.
