The expected weather conditions for the Absheron Peninsula beaches have been announced for tomorrow.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cites the National Hydrometeorological Service, a moderate north-west wind is expected to prevail across the coastal regions.
Sea water temperature:
Northern beaches: (Sumgait, Novkhani, Pirshagi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba) temperatures are expected to reach 25-26 degrees Celsius.
Southern beaches: (Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, Shikh) temperatures are forecasted to be 26-27 degrees Celsius.
The Absheron Peninsula, home to the capital city of Baku, is a major recreational hub in Azerbaijan. During the summer season, the National Hydrometeorological Service provides daily updates on marine conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of both residents and tourists visiting the Caspian Sea coastline, which remains a primary destination for summer leisure activities in the country.
