President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree recognizing his effective public and political activity in Azerbaijan.

Guliyev received the award for his effective activity in the public and political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Shohrat Order is among Azerbaijan’s state decorations and is awarded for contributions to the country’s social, economic, scientific, cultural and other spheres.
