The relationship between Azerbaijan and Türkiye is widely regarded as a model of strategic partnership in the region. Rooted in deep historical, cultural, and linguistic ties, the alliance has been significantly strengthened by the Shusha Declaration, which elevated bilateral cooperation to the level of a formal alliance. Both nations consistently support each other on critical geopolitical issues, including the restoration and reconstruction efforts in the liberated territories of Garabagh.
