Turkish, Syrian and Saudi foreign ministers meet in New York

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan hosted a trilateral meeting with his Syrian and Saudi counterparts in New York, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.

Fidan met Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan on the sidelines of the 81st UN General Assembly, according to a statement posted by the ministry on Türkiye’s social media platform, NSosyal.

The meeting was held at the Turkish House, Türkiye’s diplomatic hub in New York City, the ministry said.
