Traffic has been restored on the streets along the Baku City Circuit following the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
The information was provided to Operative Information Center-OMM by the Baku City Circuit Operations Company.
Immediately after the main race ended, crews dismantled the circuit infrastructure and grandstands at Azneft Circle, returning the central streets to motorists.
Traffic restrictions imposed on some streets used for the race ended at midnight today.
From 12:30 p.m., traffic was fully restored on the roads except for the section between the intersection of Uzeyir Hajibeyli and Pushkin streets and the intersection of Zarifa Aliyeva and Pushkin streets.
During Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix week, additional arrangements were made to facilitate traffic in central Baku. Transit corridors on several major routes remained open during the morning and evening peak hours, improving mobility for residents and drivers. In 2026, these arrangements were expanded further. For the first time, a new transit corridor was established from the intersection of Uzeyir Hajibeyli and Pushkin streets toward Bülbül Avenue.
