Rusiyanın Amur vilayətində helikopter qəzaya uğrayıb: 3 nəfər həlak olub

Three people have been confirmed dead following a helicopter crash in the Amur region of Russia.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the regional branch of Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations released the information on Saturday. The wreckage of the aircraft, which disappeared from radar screens on Thursday, was located following an intensive search operation.

Search and rescue teams confirmed that everyone on board the helicopter perished in the incident. Authorities have launched a formal investigation to determine the technical causes of the crash and whether weather conditions or pilot error played a role in the tragedy.

The Amur region, located in the Russian Far East, is characterized by vast, remote forested areas and challenging terrain, which often complicates search and rescue efforts. Aviation incidents in these sparsely populated regions are frequently linked to the difficult operational environment and the heavy reliance on helicopters for transportation and industrial logistics in the Russian hinterland.
