The public legal entity “Union for the Management of Medical Territorial Units” (TABIB) has been placed under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to this effect.
Under the document signed by the head of state, TABIB’s charter capital will be formed from the property of the public legal entity.
TABIB will continue operating until it is registered as a public legal entity. Until then, a commission established by the Ministry will exercise the powers of its Supervisory Board.
Day-to-day management of TABIB will be carried out by a Board of Directors comprising a chair and four deputies, appointed and dismissed by the Ministry.
