Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim, Speaker of the Shura Council of the State of Qatar, has arrived in Azerbaijan for a working visit.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly).
It was noted that during the visit, the Speaker of the Shura Council will participate in the 20th session of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States, which is being held in Baku.
The Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States serves as a critical platform for fostering dialogue and cooperation among legislative bodies of Islamic nations. By hosting this session, Azerbaijan continues to demonstrate its active role in strengthening ties within the Islamic world and promoting parliamentary diplomacy on key regional and global issues.
