Rain fell intermittently in some parts of Azerbaijan, according to data from the National Hydrometeorology Service as of 10:00 on October 10.

It said rainfall was intense and heavy in some locations, accompanied by thunderstorms.
Snow fell in high-mountain areas of Shahdag, Kalbajar, Lachin, Dashkasan and Gadabay district.
Precipitation totals in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula were recorded at 26 mm at Neft Dashlari, or 139% of the monthly norm; 3 mm in Sumgait; up to 2 mm in Baku, Binagadi and Pirallahi; and up to 1 mm in Mashtaga.
Across the regions, rainfall totals were 16 mm in Goygol; 10 mm in Imishli and Sheki (Kishchay); 6 mm in Balakan and Gakh (Saribash); 5 mm in Bilasuvar and Sabirabad; and 1–4 mm in Shirvan, Gobustan, Beylagan, Zagatala, Goranboy, Gadabay, Ordubad, Tovuz, Nakhchivan, Sadarak, Guba, Gusar, Shabran, Khizi, Neftchala, Astara, Aghdam, Jabrayil, Shamakhi, Kurdamir, Naftalan, Zardab, Tartar, Barda, Hajigabul and Salyan.
Short-lived rain was also reported in the districts of Gubadli, Shusha and Fuzuli.
Between 08:15 and 08:27, hailstones measuring 18–20 mm in diameter fell in Yardimli district, accompanied by heavy rain.
Rainfall measurements are reported in millimeters. The National Hydrometeorology Service monitors precipitation and other weather conditions across Azerbaijan, including in the capital, the lowlands and mountainous areas.
