The Ujar No. 3 Repair and Installation, Ismayilli Bus Station, Dashkasan Construction Enterprise, Tartar Silk Enterprise and Sabirabad No. 8 Specialized Mobile Mechanized Unit limited liability companies, which are on the balance sheet of the State Property Service under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy, as well as the Imishli Fish Plant of the Azerbaijan State Fisheries Concern, have announced their dissolution.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports, citing the “Vergiler” newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the information, creditors may submit their claims within two months to the address of the State Property Service: 139 H. Aliyev Avenue, Nizami district, Baku.
The dissolution process is carried out through formal notices, allowing creditors to present outstanding claims within the legally established period. Such procedures are used to settle the obligations and assets of state-owned entities before their legal termination.
