Doruda hücum - 7 ölü, 56 yaralı

At least seven people have been killed and 56 others injured following military strikes by the United States and Israel on the city of Dorud in Iran's Lorestan province. Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing foreign media outlets, that the strikes targeted densely populated areas within the city.

The joint military operation, which commenced on February 28, was initiated by US President Donald Trump and Israeli leadership. Washington and Tel Aviv have justified the intervention by accusing Tehran of advancing its ballistic missile and nuclear programs. In response to the strikes, Iran has denied the allegations and launched retaliatory attacks against Israeli territory and US military bases situated across the region, including targets in Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and Iraq.

The escalation marks a significant intensification of long-standing geopolitical frictions in the Middle East. Lorestan province, located in western Iran, has become a focal point in this conflict due to its strategic industrial and military infrastructure. International observers note that the current military engagement follows years of diplomatic deadlock regarding Iran's nuclear ambitions and its influence across the regional 'Axis of Resistance.' The involvement of multiple neighboring states underscores the risk of a broader regional conflagration as both sides continue to exchange fire.
