NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said the alliance would continue providing uninterrupted military and political support to Ukraine. He stressed that the determination of NATO countries sends a clear signal to Moscow.

Mark Rutte alleged that Russia continues its hostile and hybrid activities against NATO allies. According to him, the Kremlin’s main objective is to weaken the unity and resolve of alliance members and halt assistance to Kyiv.
“Our message to Moscow is clear: together with our allies, we will do more, not less, for Ukraine,” the NATO secretary-general said.
He also referred to the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Russian leader had previously said that his country was not preparing for any war with Europe and that there were no military or political motives or grounds for such a conflict.
The Russian leader said Western countries and the Council of Europe were deliberately escalating tensions in the region to create a pretext for continuing assistance to Ukraine.
NATO has remained a key source of military and political support for Ukraine since Russia launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022. The alliance’s members have repeatedly said that their assistance is intended to help Ukraine defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
