Traffic restrictions will be introduced on Suleyman Sani Akhundov Street in Baku due to repair work.
According to AYNA, which provided the information to “Operative Information Center-OMM”, the route plans of regular bus services No. 2, 3, 33, 41, 45, 71, 88, 93, 100, 108A, 108B, 123, 147, 179, 202 and 203 will be changed starting September 29 because of the restrictions.
Routes No. 41, 45, 71, 100, 108A, 108B, 123, 147, 179 and 203 will operate via Ibrahim Pasha Dadashov and Jafar Khandan streets, Azadlig Avenue and the Binagadi Highway.
Route No. 2, which starts at the “Darnagul” metro station, will operate toward the “Avtovagzal” metro station via Suleyman Sani Akhundov and Ahmad Rajabli streets and Ziya Bunyadov Avenue. In the opposite direction, buses will travel via Ahmad Rajabli and Suleyman Sani Akhundov streets toward the “Darnagul” metro station.
Route No. 3 will operate toward the “Darnagul” metro station via Jafar Khandan, Ahmad Rajabli and Suleyman Sani Akhundov streets. In the opposite direction, buses will travel via Suleyman Sani Akhundov and Ahmad Rajabli streets, Ziya Bunyadov Avenue and Ataturk Avenue.
Route No. 33 will operate via Ahmad Rajabli and Suleyman Sani Akhundov streets; Route No. 88 via Jafar Khandan and Ahmad Rajabli streets; and Route No. 93 via Shovkat Mammadova, Jafar Khandan and Ahmad Rajabli streets. All three routes will serve the “Darnagul” metro station.
Route No. 202 will operate toward the Bilajari settlement via Jafar Khandan Street and Azadlig Avenue.
It should be noted that buses will be allocated from regular Route No. 3 to ensure transport for residents of the Seventh Microdistrict traveling toward the “Darnagul” metro station. The buses will provide passengers with free service along the Abay Kunanbayev Street (Seventh Microdistrict)–“Darnagul” metro station route.
