Road closures to affect Zigh Highway from October 2

Repairs will begin at 2 p.m. on October 2 on the section of Zigh Highway (concrete road) in Surakhani district leading toward the MIDA Residential Complex, on the road within the complex, and on the exit road from the complex to Zigh Highway toward the airport.

“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the Azerbaijan State Agency of Automobile Roads (AAYDA) announced the work.

Traffic restrictions will be imposed on the listed road sections during the repairs.

“Drivers are asked to remain cautious, use alternative routes and bear with the work,” the statement said.
