The referee appointments for both legs of the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round between Azerbaijan's Qarabag and the Icelandic representative Vestri have been confirmed.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the match in Baku will be officiated by Moldovan FIFA referee Roman Jitari. He will be assisted by his compatriots Vlad Lifciu and Vadim Vicol, with Andrei Breguta serving as the fourth official. The VAR system will be operated by Swiss referees Luca Cibelli and Anoen Kanagasingam.

For the away leg in Iceland, Czech FIFA referee Marek Radina has been appointed as the lead official. He will be assisted by linesmen Kamil Hajek and Petr Kotalik, with Daniel Vokoun serving as the fourth official. The VAR duties will be handled by Tomas Kocourek, with Andrej Berka serving as the AVAR.

Qarabag, a perennial participant in UEFA club competitions, continues its European campaign with high expectations. The club has consistently represented Azerbaijan in the group stages of major European tournaments over the past decade, establishing itself as a formidable force in regional football.
