Rain and unstable weather conditions are expected in Baku, the Absheron Peninsula, and several regions of Azerbaijan on May 25.
The National Hydrometeorological Service told the Operative Information Center-OMM that intermittent rain is projected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, with chances of short-term intensification and lightning in some areas. A mild southeast wind will be replaced by a moderate northwest wind in the morning. The air temperature in Baku and the peninsula will be 16-19°C at night and 20-24°C during the day, with atmospheric pressure at 758 mm Hg and relative humidity at 70-80%. In Azerbaijan's regions, lightning, hail, and heavy rain are expected, alongside snow in high-altitude mountainous areas. Temperatures in the regions will range from 14-17°C at night to 23-28°C during the day.
