Rain and snow forecast for Azerbaijan on October 6

Intermittent rain is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on October 6.

“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the National Hydrometeorology Service issued the forecast.

Brief showers and thunderstorms are possible in some areas overnight and in the morning. Southeasterly winds are expected.

Temperatures will range from 13 to 17 degrees Celsius overnight and 19 to 22 degrees during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 765 millimeters of mercury, while relative humidity will stand at 70-80%.

Mostly dry weather is expected in Azerbaijan’s regions. However, intermittent rain is forecast in some eastern areas overnight and in the morning, and in some other areas in the evening. Brief showers, thunderstorms and hail are possible in isolated areas, while snow may fall in mountainous areas. Fog is expected in some places overnight and in the morning. Easterly winds will blow.

Temperatures will range from 8 to 13 degrees Celsius overnight and 19 to 24 degrees during the day. In the mountains, temperatures will be 2 to 7 degrees overnight and 13 to 18 degrees during the day.
