The draw for the second qualifying round of the 2026/2027 UEFA Europa League season took place today.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the event was held at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
Qarabag was placed in the seeded pot for the second qualifying round. Should the Aghdam representative eliminate Iceland's Vestri in the first qualifying round, they will face the winner of the match between CSKA Sofia (Bulgaria) and Derry City (Ireland) in the next stage.
The first leg of the tie will be held in Azerbaijan, with the return match taking place away.
It should be noted that the first legs of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League are scheduled for July 23, while the return matches will take place on July 30. Qarabag, a consistent participant in European club competitions, continues to represent Azerbaijan on the international stage, aiming to advance further in the tournament.
