Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump have held a telephone conversation to discuss key international security issues.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the details of the call were provided by Yuri Ushakov, the Russian presidential aide for international affairs.
According to Ushakov, the telephone conversation took place at the initiative of US President Donald Trump. "Trump called Putin to discuss current issues, primarily the situation surrounding Iran and the settlement of the Ukraine conflict. The conversation, as usual, was constructive and lasted approximately one hour," the Kremlin official stated.
