President Ilham Aliyev sends congratulatory letters to Malaysia and Trinidad and Tobago

President Ilham Aliyev has sent congratulatory letters to King Sultan Ibrahim of Malaysia and President Christine Carla Kangaloo of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the letters convey the President's best wishes on the occasion of the Independence Day of both countries.

In his message to King Sultan Ibrahim, President Ilham Aliyev expressed his pleasure in extending sincere congratulations on behalf of himself and the people of Azerbaijan. He noted the current level of partnership between Azerbaijan and Malaysia, which is based on traditions of friendship and mutual respect. The President expressed his confidence that bilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation will continue to develop and expand both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of international organizations.

In a separate letter addressed to President Christine Carla Kangaloo of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, President Ilham Aliyev extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President and the people of her country. He expressed his belief that relations between Azerbaijan and Trinidad and Tobago will continue to evolve in the spirit of friendship and cooperation, in line with the interests of both nations.
