Ovni Mehbalı oghlu Muradov has been dismissed from his post as head of the Babek District Executive Authority in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to this effect.
It should be recalled that Muradov was appointed to the position in April 2024.
Executive authorities in Azerbaijan’s districts are headed by officials appointed and dismissed by presidential orders. The Babek district is located in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, an administrative entity of Azerbaijan.
