President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to provide special scholarships to young talents in Azerbaijan.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the order allocates 61,847 manats from the President's reserve fund to the Ministry of Culture. These funds are specifically designated for the provision of special monthly scholarships to young talents whose names have been inscribed in the "Golden Book" of Azerbaijan's young talents.
The "Golden Book" is a prestigious state registry established to recognize and support exceptionally gifted children and youth in the fields of music, arts, and literature. By providing these scholarships, the government of Azerbaijan aims to foster the development of the next generation of cultural leaders and ensure the preservation of the nation's rich artistic heritage. This initiative is part of a broader state policy directed at youth development and the promotion of Azerbaijani culture both domestically and internationally.
