Electricity supply will be temporarily suspended in certain areas of Baku's Yasamal district today, according to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by Azerishig OJSC.
The utility provider stated that maintenance work is scheduled at a transformer substation within the service area of the Yasamal District Energy Supply and Sales Department. These measures are being undertaken to improve the quality of power transmission and to accommodate increasing load demands.
Consequently, electricity supply will be restricted from 10:00 to 13:00 on parts of Alasgar Alakbarov, Mammad Rahim, Landau, and Gurban Khalilov streets. Once the scheduled maintenance is completed, subscribers in these areas are expected to receive a more stable and reliable power supply.
Azerishig OJSC regularly conducts such infrastructure upgrades across the capital to modernize the electrical grid, ensuring that the growing energy needs of Baku's expanding urban districts are met with greater efficiency and fewer technical interruptions.
