Qarabag player Oleksiy Kashchuk could continue his career in Ukraine. Sport24 reports that the 26-year-old winger has attracted interest from Polissya, a club from his home country.
The Ukrainian side is reportedly set to try to sign Kashchuk during the winter transfer window. No final decision on the player’s departure from Qarabag has been announced.
Kashchuk’s contract with the Aghdam club expires at the end of the current season. Qarabag’s management is also in talks with the player over a contract extension. The winger therefore has two possible options for his future: staying at the club or returning to Ukraine.
Polissya also signed another Qarabag player, Leandro Andrade, this year. Kashchuk has played for the Aghdam club since 2024.
