Pensions for September are scheduled to be paid on Sept. 11 in Baku and Sumgait, as well as in Azerbaijan’s Absheron district.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Pensions for people entitled to preferential pension terms will also be paid according to the schedule this month.
The State Social Protection Fund administers pension and other social insurance payments in Azerbaijan. Payment dates may vary by region, with transfers generally carried out in stages throughout the month.
