The Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) will be a cornerstone in transforming the economic landscape of the South Caucasus.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports, citing Armenian media, that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the statement at the Armenia-UK Business Forum 2026.
“It is clear that Armenia and our region are in a period of transformation linked to the establishment of peace between Baku and Yerevan and the developments that follow from it. We are working every day to launch the TRIPP project, which will undoubtedly be a cornerstone in changing the economic landscape not only in Armenia but throughout the region,” he said.
Pashinyan also expressed hope that the Armenia-Türkiye border would open in the near future, alongside the development of TRIPP, and that rail links between Armenia and Azerbaijan and Türkiye would be restored.
