The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the incident occurred approximately 9 nautical miles from the Shisa region, located in the northeast of Oman, citing data from the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO).
The unidentified object reportedly impacted the vessel's engine room, causing significant damage and leaving the ship immobilized. Despite the severity of the impact, authorities have confirmed that there were no casualties or injuries among the crew members.
