Average monthly temperatures in October are expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas of Azerbaijan.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be generally close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas.
During the first half of the first 10-day period of October, weather conditions across Azerbaijan are expected to be intermittently rainy. Rainfall may be intensive and show the characteristics of heavy showers in some areas, with thunderstorms and hail possible. Wet snow is also expected in mountainous areas.
In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 16-19°C, which is close to and slightly above the climate norm. Temperatures are expected to range from 13-18°C at night and 18-23°C during the day, reaching 25-27°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas (the norm is 26-40 mm).
In Nakhchivan city and the Julfa, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz and Sharur districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 16-19°C, which is close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures are expected to be 12-17°C and daytime temperatures 23-28°C, reaching 30-33°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas (the norm is 19-32 mm).
In Khankendi, Shusha, Goranboy, Khojaly, Khojavand, Aghdam, as well as the Dashkasan and Gadabay districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 9-13°C, close to the climate norm. Temperatures are expected to range from 5-10°C at night and 13-18°C during the day, reaching 23-25°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas (the norm is 47-56 mm).
In Eastern Zangazur, including the Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Qubadli, Lachin and Zangilan districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 10-13°C, close to the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures are expected to be 4-9°C and daytime temperatures 12-17°C, reaching 19-24°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas (the norm is 53-56 mm).
In the Gazakh, Ganja, Aghstafa, Shamkir, Tovuz, Jeyranchol, Tartar and Fuzuli districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 15-18°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Temperatures are expected to range from 12-17°C at night and 19-24°C during the day, reaching 26-28°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas (the norm is 31-36 mm).
In the Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Shaki, Oghuz, Gabala, Ismayilli, Agsu, Shamakhi, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Khachmaz and Gusar districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 13-16°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures are expected to be 9-14°C and daytime temperatures 17-22°C, reaching 25-28°C on some days. In the mountains, temperatures are expected to range from 2-7°C at night and 7-12°C during the day. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (the norm is 33-126 mm).
In the Yevlakh, Goychay, Aghdash, Kurdamir, Imishli, Aghjabadi, Mingachevir, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Saatli, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Zardab, Salyan and Neftchala districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 17-19°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures are expected to be 13-18°C and daytime temperatures 19-24°C, reaching 26-29°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (the norm is 31-46 mm).
In the Masalli, Yardimli, Lerik, Lankaran, Bilasuvar, Astara and Jalilabad districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 15-18°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Temperatures are expected to range from 13-18°C at night and 18-23°C during the day, reaching 26°C on some days. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures are expected to be 5-10°C and daytime temperatures 12-17°C, reaching 20-24°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (the norm is 96-274 mm).
