Average monthly temperatures in October are expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly above it in some areas of Azerbaijan.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be generally close to the climate norm, although some areas may receive slightly more rain than usual.
During the first half of the first 10-day period of October, intermittent rain is expected across Azerbaijan. Rain may be heavy and showery in some areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail. Sleet is possible in mountainous areas.
In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 16-19°C, which is close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 13-18°C, while daytime temperatures will be 18-23°C and reach 25-27°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly higher in some areas (the norm is 26-40 mm).
In Nakhchivan city and the districts of Julfa, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz and Sharur, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 16-19°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will be 12-17°C, while daytime temperatures will range from 23-28°C and reach 30-33°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly higher in some areas (the norm is 19-32 mm).
In Khankendi, Shusha, Goranboy, Khojaly, Khojavand, Aghdam, as well as the Dashkasan-Gadabay districts, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 9-13°C, close to the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 5-10°C, while daytime temperatures will be 13-18°C and reach 23-25°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly higher in some areas (the norm is 47-56 mm).
In Eastern Zangazur, including the districts of Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Qubadli, Lachin and Zangilan, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 10-13°C, close to the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 4-9°C, while daytime temperatures will be 12-17°C and reach 19-24°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly higher in some areas (the norm is 53-56 mm).
In the districts of Gazakh, Ganja, Aghstafa, Shamkir, Tovuz, Jeyranchol, Tartar and Fuzuli, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 15-18°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 12-17°C, while daytime temperatures will be 19-24°C and reach 26-28°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm and slightly higher in some areas (the norm is 31-36 mm).
In the districts of Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Shaki, Oghuz, Gabala, Ismayilli, Aghsu, Shamakhi, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Khachmaz and Gusar, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 13-16°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 9-14°C, while daytime temperatures will be 17-22°C and reach 25-28°C on some days. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will be 2-7°C and daytime temperatures 7-12°C. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (the norm is 33-126 mm).
In the districts of Yevlakh, Goychay, Aghdash, Kurdamir, Imishli, Aghjabadi, Mingachevir, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Saatli, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Zardab, Salyan and Neftchala, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 17-19°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 13-18°C, while daytime temperatures will be 19-24°C and reach 26-29°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (the norm is 31-46 mm).
In the districts of Masalli, Yardimli, Lerik, Lankaran, Bilasuvar, Astara and Jalilabad, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 15-18°C, close to and slightly above the climate norm. Nighttime temperatures will range from 13-18°C, while daytime temperatures will be 18-23°C and reach 26°C on some days. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will be 5-10°C and daytime temperatures 12-17°C, reaching 20-24°C on some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (the norm is 96-274 mm).
