Nikita Simonov wins bronze at World Challenge Cup in Paris

Azerbaijani national team member Nikita Simonov has won a bronze medal at the World Challenge Cup in artistic gymnastics in Paris, the capital of France.

At the competition held at the Accor Arena, the Azerbaijani representative scored 14.133 points in the rings event to finish third.

This was Simonov’s third medal in his last three international competitions. In 2026, the gymnast won bronze in the rings event at the Antalya World Cup and silver at the Cottbus World Cup.

Simonov also won gold in the same apparatus at the World Cup held in Baku in 2025.
