As reported earlier, President Ilham Aliyev has awarded the highest military rank of lieutenant general to Major General Allahveran Ibish oglu Ismayilov, deputy head of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan, by presidential order.
“Operative Information Center-OMM”, citing Modern, reports that Allahveran Ismayilov is the brother of Imamverdi Ismayilov, a member of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) representing the Zangilan–Qubadli constituency No. 125.
