The State Migration Service of Azerbaijan has launched migration services at the Boyuk Kasik railway station for foreigners and stateless persons traveling along the Baku-Tbilisi-Baku route.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that this was stated in an official appeal issued by the agency. According to the statement, migration services are provided in an operative manner to foreigners and stateless persons traveling along the Baku-Tbilisi-Baku route during the train's scheduled stop at the station.

According to a decision by the Cabinet of Ministers, the entry and exit of Azerbaijani citizens, as well as citizens of all foreign countries with visa-free entry rights, between Azerbaijan and Georgia via the Baku-Tbilisi-Baku railway route has been restored. This initiative aims to ensure passenger comfort and prevent potential delays related to additional administrative procedures. Under Azerbaijani migration law, foreigners and stateless persons staying in the country for more than 15 days must register their place of stay, while the temporary stay duration for visa-free visitors is generally limited to 90 days.
