President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree appointing Nurlan Rauf oglu Hajiyev as the new head of the Ordubad District Executive Authority in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. This appointment follows the dismissal of the former head, Rajab Zakir oglu Rahimli, from his position.
