Asphalt paving is under way on the section of road passing in front of Baku Metro CJSC’s Ulduz station.
The Azerbaijan State Agency for Automobile Roads told the Operative Information Center-OMM.
The agency said the section is an important part of a new road being built from Hasan Aliyev Street toward Koroglu metro station.
The work is being carried out under the State Program on improving transport infrastructure in Baku and surrounding areas for 2025–2030.
The program is aimed at upgrading road infrastructure and improving traffic conditions in the capital and nearby areas. The agency did not specify when the new asphalt surface would be completed.
