Mikhail Yuryevich Zabelin has been awarded the 1st degree "For Service to the Fatherland" Order by the decree of the head of state.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree on conferring the high state honor.
The order was bestowed upon Mikhail Zabelin in recognition of his long-term and fruitful activity in the public and political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
