The number of people suffering from hunger worldwide could reach 520 million by 2030 due to the conflict in the Middle East.

According to the reports, between 510 million and 520 million people will still face hunger by 2030.
Before the crisis, the figure stood at 503 million.
The forecasts do not take into account other potential negative factors, such as extreme weather events, which could further worsen the situation.
Hunger is influenced by a combination of conflict, economic instability, climate-related disasters and disruptions to food supply chains. International organizations regularly warn that prolonged crises can limit access to food and make progress toward global food security more difficult.
