Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder of the IDEA Public Union, has attended the opening of the "Rising Light" exhibition by world-renowned photojournalist Reza Deghati at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that during the event, Reza Deghati provided Leyla Aliyeva with detailed information about the exhibition and the stories behind the captured images.

The "Rising Light" exhibition showcases the citizens, unique nature, traditions, and the delicate harmony of daily life in Azerbaijan through the lens of Reza Deghati. These photographs serve as living stories reflecting the spirit and light of the country. For Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), this project represents the true essence of discovery and the power of building bridges between cultures, mirroring how aviation eliminates distances to connect people and nations.

The exhibition was realized through a joint partnership between AZAL, the Boeing Corporation, and Heydar Aliyev International Airport. This collaboration is a significant component of the long-term strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan Airlines and Boeing. The project also holds special importance in terms of implementing modern aviation technologies, increasing flight safety, and strengthening Azerbaijan's position in the global aviation space.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which supports such cultural initiatives, has been instrumental in promoting Azerbaijan's heritage globally since its establishment in 2004. By hosting international exhibitions at the capital's main gateway, Azerbaijan continues to position itself as a central hub for cultural exchange and modern infrastructure in the region.
