Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Kenya, as well as on my own behalf, I extend my warmest congratulations to you and the people of Azerbaijan on the 108th anniversary of your country's independence. This historic day embodies the Azerbaijani people's determination for freedom, independence, and national unity.

As we celebrate this remarkable occasion, I reaffirm my readiness to continue close cooperation with Your Excellency to elevate our partnership to higher strategic levels for the mutual benefit of our nations.

I also congratulate you on the successful hosting of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum. I am confident that the implementation of the Forum's outcomes will significantly contribute to ensuring the openness, safety, resilience, and environmental sustainability of cities and human settlements as envisioned in the Sustainable Development Goals.

The meetings we held during my visit to Azerbaijan will provide a new impetus to the deepening of relations between our countries.

Once again, I congratulate Your Excellency on this historic day, wishing you robust health, and the people of Azerbaijan peace and prosperity.

Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration."

Azerbaijan and Kenya have been actively developing bilateral relations in recent years, particularly within international organizations such as the United Nations and the Non-Aligned Movement. The successful hosting of major international events in Baku, including the World Urban Forum, has further strengthened Azerbaijan's position as a key global hub for multilateral diplomacy and sustainable development discussions.
