İran nüvə silahı istehsal etmək niyyətində olmadığını açıqladı

Iran is not seeking to develop nuclear weapons, the country's President Masoud Pezeshkian announced during a national address.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the statement was made during a speech marking the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. The head of state emphasized that the Iranian government has no intention of developing an atomic bomb and expressed readiness for international oversight to confirm this position. "We are not trying to create nuclear weapons. We have stated this many times and are ready for any inspections," Pezeshkian said.

The President's remarks come amid long-standing international concerns regarding Iran's nuclear program and its compliance with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Historically, Tehran has maintained that its nuclear activities are strictly for peaceful purposes, such as energy production and medical research. This latest declaration follows a period of heightened diplomatic activity as global powers and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) continue to monitor the region's strategic developments and seek transparency regarding uranium enrichment levels.
