The Islamic Republic of Iran has announced that it has not halted its energy exports, despite the revocation of a license previously granted by the United States regarding oil sales.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad stated that the new restrictions imposed by the US have failed to hinder the country's oil exports. The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) had revoked the license authorizing transactions involving Iranian oil, requiring existing contracts to be finalized by July 17.

Minister Paknejad emphasized that Tehran has established specialized mechanisms to mitigate the impact of sanctions, allowing the export process to continue as usual. This development occurs amid heightened tensions between Tehran and Washington. Recently, US President Donald Trump declared the end of the ceasefire with Iran, while Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned against the consequences of failing to adhere to ceasefire conditions. The ongoing dispute over energy exports remains a critical component of the broader geopolitical friction in the region, particularly concerning maritime security in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.
