Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev held an expanded meeting with President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic Thongloun Sisoulith on October 13.
The meeting took place during Aliyev’s official visit to Vientiane. The two leaders discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation and issues related to strategic partnership.
Azerbaijan and Laos maintain diplomatic relations, and high-level meetings provide an opportunity to discuss cooperation between the two countries and identify areas for further engagement.
