“Hungary does not intend to provide military aid to Ukraine or allow weapons to transit through its territory.”
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar made the remarks.
Magyar stressed that Budapest’s position rules out supplying weapons to Ukraine and allowing weapons to transit through Hungarian territory.
Peter Magyar said in July at the NATO summit in Ankara that Hungary’s new government would continue providing humanitarian assistance to Ukraine but would not supply the country with weapons.
