Matches in the fourth round of the League B Group 4 stage of the Nations League have been played. Sweden defeated Romania 1-0 away from home.
A goal in the 13th minute decided the match. Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres scored, becoming the first player to find the net in seven consecutive Nations League matches.
In the group’s other match, Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Poland 1-0 at home. Bosnian midfielder Ivan Bašić converted a penalty in the 84th minute.
After four rounds, Sweden lead the group with 10 points. Bosnia and Herzegovina are second with eight, while Poland are third with four. Romania, without a point, are bottom of the group.
